is an industry veteran with a broad range of experience and
knowledge. Having started his career with Prudential Securities as
a broker trainee, he rapidly drew the attention of his peers and
firm by becoming the top overall producer of his training class.
The experience as a successful producer lent itself very well as it
provided a strong foundation for his successful management career.
Working for wire house, regional and boutique firms such as UBS
Financial Services and Deutsche Bank Alex Brown, he developed a
keen appreciation for the need to create an entrepreneurial
environment that would allow brokers to fashion their own business
